Includes on-site training materials, student manuals, certification testing, and certification cards. Must be scheduled as extension of another class. Must also accompany certificate for additional Bloodborne Pathogens class of 5 or more. Cancellation fee required to re-schedule within 72 to 24 hours. Cancellation within 24 hrs not allowed.
