RETURN POLICY (Non Philips)
Catalog items returned in saleable condition (all items intact in original box) will be credited as follows:

*A Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) is required for all returns and may be obtained by e-mailing PWMorders@comcast.net or calling us at 1/800-443-1148. Please supply us with invoice number and date, quantity, catalog number, item description and reason for return. An RGA Number is valid for 70 days after issuance. Any return after the 70 day period has expired, is not authorized, and will not be issued credit

*Full refund of purchase price (excluding shipping and handling) if returned within 20 days of purchase date.

*70% refund of purchase price (excluding shipping and handling) from 21 to 70 days.

*NO credit issued if item returned after 70 days.

*Customer will not be charged freight on returns that are the result of Pacific West Medical error, defect or damage. In all other situation (i.e.: a discretionary return on your part, your error, overstock at your facility, customer will be responsible for pre-paying freight charges unless Pacific West Medical issues call tags.

PAYMENT
For customers with approved credit, payment is due and payable net 30 days from the date of invoice. Payments shall be assessed a late payment charge at the rate of 1 l/2% per month, but in no event to exceed the maximum allowable by law. Credit card orders are accepted. We do not handle Medicare or insurance claims.

SHIPPING CHARGE
All items will be charged shipping according to the weight of the item and fob origin.
